Service Description

1) Visual & safety Cable condition/routing (no chafe, heat damage, loose terminations) Correct cable sizing, fusing, and clear isolators Proper earthing/bonding to chassis where required 2) DC system (12/24V) Battery condition (resting voltage / obvious imbalance) Polarity checks at distribution and key devices Voltage drop under load (battery → distribution/appliances) Parasitic draw with everything “off” Fuse ratings match the circuit and are labelled 3) Charging sources EHU charger/inverter-charger: correct battery profile + charge current Alternator/DC-DC: wakes/sleeps correctly, expected charge current Solar/MPPT: PV voltage in range, charging current present 4) AC system (230V) EHU polarity and socket wiring correct RCD trips correctly (test button + tester if available) MCBs correct and circuits protected as intended Inverter output OK (voltage/frequency) and changeover works safely (no back-feed) 5) Functional & heat Run typical loads and confirm no nuisance trips Quick thermal check on main connections under load
