Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:
"Business Day" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or bank holiday.
"Calendar Day" means any day of the year.
"Contract" means the legally binding agreement between you and us for the purchase and installation of goods and services, as explained in Clause 3.
"Goods" means the off-grid electrical systems, components, and related products supplied by BlueFix Energy Solutions Ltd, as specified in your order and confirmed in our order confirmation.
"Order" means your request for the goods and/or services.
"Price" means the total amount payable for the goods and/or services, including applicable taxes and delivery charges.
"We/Us/Our" means BlueFix Energy Solutions Ltd, a Private Limited Company registered in England under company number 14144617, whose registered and trading addresses are as stated in Clause 2.
1.2 References to "writing" include emails, text messages, and other electronic communications.

The Contract
3.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods and services by us and form the basis of the contract between us and you.
3.2 Your order constitutes a contractual offer, which we may accept at our discretion by issuing an order confirmation.
3.3 We will provide the following details before finalising the contract:
The main characteristics of the goods and services.
The total price, including applicable taxes and delivery charges.
Payment terms and financing options (if applicable).
Delivery timelines and arrangements.
Information about after-sales support and warranties.
Description of Goods and Services
4.1 We specialise in the supply and installation of off-grid electrical systems for motorhomes and campervans, including Victron equipment, solar panels, MPPT chargers, inverters, and lithium batteries.
4.2 Goods and services are described in our sales literature and website. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations in descriptions or images may occur.
4.3 Custom system design consultations are available.
Orders
5.1 All orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
5.2 Orders can be amended or cancelled before dispatch or installation with at least 14 Calendar Days' notice.
5.3 If you cancel a confirmed installation with less than 14 Calendar Days' notice, any prepaid deposit will be non-refundable.
5.4 We reserve the right to cancel orders if goods are out of stock or due to events beyond our control.
Price and Payment
6.1 Prices for goods and services are as stated in our estimates and order confirmation.
6.2 All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
6.3 Payment must be made in full before dispatch or installation unless a financing plan has been agreed upon.
6.4 Financing options and payment plans are available for eligible customers.
Delivery and Installation
7.1 Delivery is available within the UK only.
7.2 Estimated delivery dates are provided in the order confirmation. Delays caused by factors outside our control will be communicated promptly.
7.3 Installation services are carried out at our workshop or at an agreed location.
7.4 Risk and ownership of goods pass to you upon full payment and delivery.
Warranty and After-Sales Support
8.1 All Victron goods except Solar Panels and Batteries are covered by a 5-year return-to-base warranty.
8.2 After-sales support, including remote configuration and system monitoring via Victron Remote Manager, is available for all installed systems.
8.3 Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 30 Calendar Days of receipt.
Returns and Refunds
9.1 Goods can be returned within 7 Calendar Days if they are in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.
9.2 Refunds for cancelled services or returned goods will be processed within 14 Calendar Days.
Limitation of Liability
10.1 We are not liable for losses resulting from the misuse of goods or failure to follow installation guidelines.
10.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the goods and services provided.
Events Outside Our Control
11.1 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, supply chain disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Complaints and Feedback
12.1 We value customer feedback. Complaints can be submitted via email at contact@bluefix.co.uk or by post to our trading address.
Governing Law
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
